I researched Lodgix and they look great. However, I have just 1 property right now and it seems a bit pricey for just one. Is there a different SW tool you would recommend in my case? Thanks.

To answer your question.. most direct booking sites are going to be fairly “expensive” for one property, they get cheaper the more properties you bring on. you could try using Houfy as your direct site.

For Volusia County florida we have to remit to the state and the county on two separate websites.
