  1. I would like some information on how flexible managers can be with homeowners. For example – I own a duplex in SLP, MN. I am in the process of furnishing the upper unit because my dad is a snowbird and he comes up during the summer. Wondering if its possible to find a manager for dealing with the unit when dad not here but not sure what managers look for when taking on rentals (I know the unit won’t produce as much money because it will be out of service for best part of the year.)

    1. Hello Sandy,

Sorry for the delayed response we do not see these messages as often as we do our instagram @vacationrentalinsiders.

to answer your question it is difficult to find a good manager when the units income potential is hindered by not being able to rent the property during the peak season.

Ryan is in your neighborhood kinda so he has great insight on this but I think it would be kind of difficult to find a manager for just the off season.

  2. I have a newly renovated beach cottage in Ormond Beach and i am thinking about replacing my property manager. Since you are in Daytona, can you assist?

    1. Hello Joel,

Sorry for the delayed response, we do not see these as often as our instagram messages @vacationrentalinsiders. I would be open to viewing the property and seeing if it fits my criteria since you’re local to Volusia.
